Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at IDEA Services. As a Support Worker, you will be supporting clients with complex needs, managing risk, ensuring safety, and providing individual care throughout the night.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to clients
  • Manage risk and ensure safety of clients
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts
Requirements
  • Previous experience in caregiving or personal care for adults
  • Calm nature and confidence to work with challenging behaviours
  • Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily
  • Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support
  • Full NZ driver's license
