We are seeking an experienced Receptionist Administrator to join our team at South West Durham Training Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

Essential Requirements:

  • NVQ Business Administration level 2 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Literacy level 2 (or equivalent) and numeracy level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment
  • Experience of customer service
