**Job Description:** As an Electrical Engineer in Semiconductor Metrology, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing metrology solutions for our R&D applications. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing recipes, developing maintenance plans, evaluating new tools, and driving continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and optimize recipes for new R&D applications

  2. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans

  3. Evaluate and recommend new tools and equipment

  4. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance measurement repeatability

**Essential Requirements:** A bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics, Material, Physics or Chemical Engineering is required. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor metrology is preferred. Proficiency in computer software skills such as JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual Basic, etc. is necessary. Strong problem-solving and quality control skills including LEAN 6sigma, RCA, DOE, etc. are also essential.
