The Role

We are seeking an Out of School Assistant Programme Manager to assist with day-to-day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery. This includes managing parent and school liaison, assisting staff and your team members.

You will be responsible for

  • Assisting with day-to-day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery

  • Assisting staff and your team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspire them to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.
  • Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector.
  • Previous experience in organizing before and after school programs is highly beneficial.
  • A strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.
  • A strong team player.
  • A valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.
  • In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years can be considered for this role.
