sKids was founded in 1996 when two parents created a structured out of school care service for primary aged children.
Now we're New Zealand's favourite kid's hangout, welcoming over 3800 tamariki each day at over 170 school sites.

Some of the activities you can be involved in include day trips, cooking, arts & crafts, science, sports and so much moreJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Responsible for sKids Programme set up and the daily operation of the programme as well as fostering great relationships with our school communities.Play an important role in 'growing AWESOME kiwi kids'.Provide day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme deliveryManage parent and school liaisonManage & oversee daily administrational tasksManage staff & your team membersHours & Times of work:Monday - Friday only between before and after school holidays.
This is a Permanent part-time role with a minimum guaranteed hours of 15 hours per week.
Please also note that the hours will go up depending on the programme rosters.
There will be availabilities of Holiday Programmes hours as well.Your expected start date will be on the 20th of January.Location of work: Coatesville, AucklandPerks & Benefits we offer:50% discount on selected programmesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeReferral BonusGreat team environmentExcellent career development to a Senior Programme Leader and upQualificationsWe're looking for someone who has:A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspire them to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.Ability to work on site Monday - Friday between 2 slots (before school & after school).
Before school hours typically sit between 7am - 8.30am & after school hours start from 2.30pm.Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector.Previous experience in organizing before & after school programs is highly beneficial.A strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.A valid NZ work/student visa or be a NZ resident or citizen.In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years old can be considered for this role.Additional InformationHow to apply:Click APPLY or contact ****** for a confidential discussion.
