Emergency Response Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
">- Staff Management and Support: Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Clinical Response: Oversee the clinical response to emergencies, prioritizing patient care and safety.
- Shift Pattern: Work a DDNN shift pattern across 42 hours, with access to a response capable pool car during work hours.
Requirements
">- Demonstrated people leadership in a complex environment, ideally with an understanding of the health sector or emergency services.
- A clinical or ambulance background is not essential, and training will be provided if required.
