Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
  • Translate business concepts into technical requirements that inform development and system configurations.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum environment, driving iterative improvements and delivering high-quality results.
  • Support the development and implementation of key SaaS components, including Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, and Mulesoft.
Key Requirements
  • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce and related SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale technology transformation programmes, preferably within the Public Sector.
