**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership within the Customer Experience team, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, offering friendly and professional assistance.
- Manage reception operations, facility bookings, and merchandise sales.
- Support cash handling, banking, and financial reporting duties.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and shop area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data collection, reporting, and inventory management.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or retail environment (3+ years preferred).
- Experience handling cash and using basic computer systems.
- A positive and friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and demonstrate resilience in handling challenging interactions.
- Adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to work.
