We are seeking a visionary leader with exceptional teaching, leadership and management skills to join our team as an Assistant Principal at Faith City School. **About the Role**

As Assistant Principal, you will be responsible for leading the school's educational programs, including curriculum design and implementation, staff professional development, and student assessment and evaluation. You will also play a key role in promoting and supporting the school's Christian ethos and values, and in fostering strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and implementation of the school's educational programs and policies
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members
  • Assess and evaluate student learning and progress
  • Promote and support the school's Christian ethos and values
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading educational programs and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and other stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Christian values and principles

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:
