Neonatologist Opportunity in Waikato

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our dedicated team at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Waikato. As a member of our high-performing Children's Health whanau, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to tamariki/children in the Waikato.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the on-call roster to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of equitable service delivery models
- Engage in teaching and training of junior doctors to foster excellence in neonatal care

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must hold or be eligible to apply for a vocational scope of practice in Paediatrics with the Medical Council of New Zealand. Additionally, you should have knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, competence in te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori, and experience in upholding Te Tiriti principles and frameworks.
