The RoleAs a SharePoint Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the day-to-day administration of our Microsoft 365 environment. You will work closely with our IT Helpdesk Manager to drive the digital transformation of the Microsoft 365 platform and ensure seamless integration across YOBD operations and subsidiaries.
Your Key Responsibilities- Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 systems- Developing and implementing SharePoint solutions- Training and building capability in Microsoft 365 with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related apps- Ensuring seamless integration across YOBD operations and subsidiaries- Driving continuous improvement by staying ahead of the latest Microsoft 365 developments
What We're Looking For- Proven IT experience preferably supported by a relevant IT qualification- Previous experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment with responsibility for SharePoint administration- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel etc.- Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, JSON, Power BI, and PowerShell scripting is a plus- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and develop new SharePoint solutions that align with business needs
