Acute Care Expert

Join our team as a Registered Nurse at Oamaru Hospital and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. This is a permanent vacancy, working 64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with medical staff, charge nurse managers, and other healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing acute medical and rehabilitation services, assisting with ambulance transfers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Your Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and a valid Annual Practising Certificate. You should possess excellent time management, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Recent experience in an acute setting is highly desirable.
What We Offer
