This is an exceptional opportunity to drive hotel operations forward by ensuring seamless guest experiences at every touchpoint. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve this goal.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service levels.
- Enforce hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards to maintain consistency across all guest interactions.
- Act as a decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager, exercising sound judgment to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Work in conjunction with housekeeping to coordinate special requests from guests.
- Manage guest bookings, VIP arrivals, and group reservations with precision to meet guest expectations.
- Assist with hotel accounting tasks when required, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Develop and train front desk staff to uphold exceptional service levels, promoting growth within the team.
- Take on reception shifts as needed to support your team members and ensure seamless guest experiences.
You Bring:
- 2-3 years of Front Office experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- LCQ qualification and a current Manager's Certificate.
- A hospitality-related tertiary qualification (desired but not mandatory).
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
