Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Support Engineer/Technician to provide onsite assistance to clients in their area. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, including expertise in system desktop administration, customer service, and incident/change/release management.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform L1 & L2 IT/Networking tasks, including desktop support, server/rack part hardware installation & replacement.
  • Provide onsite assistance (console access Router/Switch/Firewall etc.) to remote support.
  • Base Skill Set: Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and support for various third-party applications on Windows platforms.
  • Professionally trained & certified in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration with a focus on utilizing programming techniques for various initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, fixing wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting.
  • Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different OS such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.
