Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance
• Successful completion of proficiency requirements for a Supervisor, including Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook
• At least 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably working for a Dealer Member or ICPM
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements from CIRO, securities commissions, and the SEC
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving results and improving processes
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with effective communication and collaboration across various mediums
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
