Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis to identify key issues and develop effective strategies
  • Drafting pleadings, submissions, and other legal documents
  • Providing expert advice to clients on litigation matters
  • Managing discovery processes and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders
  • Participating in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background in dispute resolution, ideally gained at a reputable regional or national firm. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. We welcome applications from experienced solicitors with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience.
