About the role Partners Life is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team based in Takapuna.
Working closely with the General Counsel and one other Senior Legal Counsel, this key role will suit an insurance or financial services lawyer and involves a broad range of work such as: Providing expert legal advice on customer, product, marketing, and distribution related matters (including customer claims, disputes and remediation) Supporting constructive relationships with regulators, industry bodies and other stakeholders Playing a crucial role in developing and executing risk management, legal, and compliance strategies to support strategic and operational goals This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping their legal approach as Partners Life challenge insurance industry norms and always strive to improve.

This role is offered as a full-time permanent position with hybrid working + flexibility.
4 days per week will be considered for the right person.
