Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional experienced teacher to join our team as a Primary Teacher for Students with High Needs. This teaching position is primarily for junior learners with high and very high ORS funding. The Motuora Special Needs Unit for ORS funded students is a unique part of our school.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching students with special needs, knowledge of autism (advantageous) and other disabilities, and be eligible to work in New Zealand. They will also have a good sense of humour and a good level of physical fitness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Be a New Zealand fully registered primary teacher with experience teaching students with special needs
  • Have knowledge of autism (advantageous) and other disabilities
