We're looking for someone with sound RMA experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead, motivate, support, and develop a team. As a Strategic Policy Advisor, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of the RMA Policy team, leading plan changes and submissions on national and regional strategies and statements, consulting with the community on plan changes and providing technical advice to other members of the team.
