This Senior Marketing Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Marketing Team and drive positive change in the lives of New Zealanders. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of strategic channels growth plans and execute communication plans to deliver financial goals. You will manage communications to deliver maximized brand awareness and ensure a positive reputation through your activities. This includes managing specific campaigns across marketing communications activities, digital platforms, product marketing and supplier relationships, events and tradeshows, PR and media relations, new product submissions, and GTM plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with expertise across the full marketing mix, including digital marketing, social media, above and below the line marketing, collateral development, stakeholder and community engagement. You will have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, strong people skills, including proven relationship building and stakeholder management, and proven ability to meet deadlines. You should also be digitally savvy, with experience in website development, social planning and execution, digital advertising, and comfortable using Hubspot, Canva, LinkedIn, WordPress, or other similar applications.
