Your Role:

You will be a key member of our dynamic Marketing Team, playing a vital role in driving positive change in the lives of New Zealanders. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include developing strategic channels growth plans, executing communication plans, managing marketing communications, and supporting strategic projects across marketing and Hospital Care/projects teams.

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications, who has at least 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, including experience across the full marketing mix, digital marketing, social media, above and below the line marketing, collateral development, stakeholder engagement, and community relations.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven delivery of marketing plans showcasing positive ROI;
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment;
  • Strong people skills, including relationship building and stakeholder management;
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Digital savvy – experience in website development, social planning, execution, digital advertising, comfortable using Hubspot, Canva, LinkedIn, Word Press, or similar applications;
  • Citizen, permanent residency, or working visa with at least 14 months remaining.
