About Everbridge
Everbridge empowers enterprises and government organizations to anticipate, mitigate, respond to, and recover stronger from critical events.
In today's unpredictable world, resilient organizations minimize impact to people and operations, absorb stress, and return to productivity faster when deploying critical event management (CEM) technology.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager with Everbridge, you will be responsible for facilitating release planning, translation, scheduling, and coordinating with Product Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders throughout the delivery pipeline from development to testing and the final delivery of the production environments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and build relationships across the organization, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
- Work hands-on with all teams and leadership to optimize cross-functional team processes, often working with ambiguity to drive results.
- Partner with engineering, product management, and other internal stakeholders to encourage seamless collaboration among these teams.
- Identify and clarify key risks, make recommendations to proactively mitigate issues, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Implement and optimize systems and processes to enhance efficiency and support execution of the organization as a whole.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform program progress and measure success.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years' experience in managing multiple complex programs.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate cross time zone and cross company collaboration, often with changing priorities.
- Bring strong, data-informed and strategic technical judgement to decisions as needed.
- Understanding of software development processes (e.g. Agile Scrum) and technologies, including proficiency in managing and optimizing tools and systems.
- Flexible around process, using process as a tool when it makes sense.
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence and apps like MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
