Job Summary
The Duty Nurse Manager is responsible for day-to-day coordination of nursing resource utilization, patient bed management, and first-line emergency response across two hospital sites. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to optimize patient flow and resource allocation.

Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need significant (more than 5 years) experience in acute medical and surgical nursing, as well as previous leadership experience, preferably in a ward or inpatient unit. Expert or senior nurse PDRP (or endorsed as working at this level) is also required. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to cope in crisis situations, and knowledge of CCDM and Trendcare systems are essential.
