We are seeking an Administration and Financial Controller to join our wholsale business. This role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and data entry. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining processes to support our sales team and providing financial analysis to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Process weekly payrolls
  • Prepare GST and FBT returns
  • Perform data entry and record keeping
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
