**Job Description**

Aintree Group is a leading construction and design company seeking an experienced Accounts Controller / Coordinator to manage various financial and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will operate our Xero accounting system efficiently, collate and code payments, and manage GST and tax payments. They will also be responsible for back-costing construction projects, monitoring work in progress, and project forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Xero accounting system efficiently
  • Collate and code payments
  • Manage GST and tax payments
  • Back-cost construction projects
  • Monitor work in progress and project forecasting

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Accounts or Financial Management, Bookkeeping, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Xero and Excel is required, as well as excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
