We are looking for an experienced Network Access Lead to join our Transportation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the district's road corridor network, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the Corridor Management Team and third-party access activities, ensuring that they are completed safely and on time.
  • You will also be required to develop and implement strategies to minimize disruptions to road users and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant industry experience or technical field support experience in compliance/engineering environments.
  • Previous experience with Network and journey management, access control, the CAR process, and the use of RAMM.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the National Code of Practice for Utility Operators' Access to Transport Corridors and its requirements.
  • Experience managing technical and professional staff, supporting coaching and development.
  • Ability to make rational judgments from available information and analysis.
  • Strong negotiation skills within working environments.
