We are seeking a talented B2B Marketing Manager to join our team at The Pond. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
This role requires someone with expertise in B2B marketing, go-to-market product launches, digital marketing strategies, and brand and marketing communications. You should also have experience in managing external agencies and suppliers, as well as project managing the production of collateral.
We are looking for someone who is action-oriented, all-round marketer with solid digital marketing and project management skills. Experience in communications / PR direct to businesses is a bonus and excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and relationship skills are a must.
- Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience
- Professional Services Experience (Banking, Insurance, Finance, Tech is a bonus)
- Expertise in B2B Marketing
- Go-to-Market product launches, including target audience identification, messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Digital Marketing strategies and execution to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Optimising digital platforms, including websites, LinkedIn accounts, email marketing systems, and other digital channels
- Brand and marketing communications, PR, events and sponsorship activities
