The opportunity - Te tūranga

In this position, reporting to Head of Growth Marketing B2B, you will be responsible for implementing our B2B marketing strategies targeted at key segments, including advertising/media agency partners and advertisers.

This Role Will

  • Implement the B2B marketing strategy including digital marketing, advertising, sponsorship, events, thought leadership and other communications channels as required.
  • Support the sales teams with tools to take our sales value propositions to market ensuring TVNZ is the preferred advertising platform.
  • Work with internal and external partners as required to achieve the targeted outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • Marketing management experience ideally with media and agency or advertiser experience.
  • High energy, strong on initiative, always looking for ways to improve.
  • Data driven - strong analytical skills, ability to derive insights and communicate next steps from data.
  • Experienced at using email marketing tools and maintaining websites/creating microsites.
  • Strong digital and broad marketing skills.
  • Results focused.
  • Effectively managing agreed budgets and lead times.
  • Strong collaborator, driving to achieve outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Can do attitude - willing to go the extra mile.
  • Manages time and resources effectively. Works well under pressure.
