**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the health sector, particularly in Quality and Patient Safety.
- A relevant health qualification and clinical experience, with a deep understanding of clinical governance principles.
- Knowledge of New Zealand Health Legislation and te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori.
- Experience in projects/initiatives that give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches.
