About the JobThe Health and Safety Executive's Human Resources Division is seeking a skilled Digital Learning Specialist to join its Organisational Development team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of Digital Learning and other colleagues to develop and implement digital learning solutions that meet the needs of the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of projects, from developing new e-learning modules to implementing a Learning Management System. You will have the chance to utilise your expertise in digital learning to drive innovation and improve the way HSE delivers learning and development to its staff.
Main Responsibilities- Design and develop digital learning solutions to support business needs, utilising knowledge of eLearning authoring tools and LMS capabilities.
- Provide strategic direction and manage the Learning Management System to improve its reach across the organisation.
- Maintain currency as a Digital L&D professional lead by keeping up to date with current and emerging trends and methods in learning and research new technologies and methodologies in virtual and digital workplace learning.
- An expert level knowledge of digital learning, with experience of developing and delivering creative innovations enabling continuous improvement of processes.
- Ability to work autonomously, with the confidence to make independent decisions, and understand and interpret organisational strategy and longer-term goals into programs of work.
- Proficient in creating, editing and producing high-quality video content using video editing software such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite with Premier Pro.
