Your Role

You'll join our Capability Development Team as a Learning Designer, responsible for crafting engaging blended-learning experiences that empower our people to succeed in an ever-evolving banking landscape.

This 12-month Fixed Term opportunity will see you working closely with various stakeholders, developing your expertise in learning design, and contributing to impactful learning programmes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar learning design role, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end learning solutions.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant learning and development discipline, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
  • A strong ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing learning solutions within a heavily regulated environment (e.g., banking) is advantageous.
