Campus Asset Optimization Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Asset Optimization Manager to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of robust preventative and scheduled maintenance programs to optimize overall campus function and improve service delivery from the Facilities Maintenance Team and relevant contractors. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of Facilities Management processes and procedures.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that reports directly to the Director of Facilities Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, managing and optimizing the Planon system for building, asset, and service management, and supporting the integration of new modules, training users, and ensuring smooth adoption. They will also develop training programs and deliver user support to maximize system efficiency.

Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with IWMS systems (Planon preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Facilities Management processes and procedures.
  • Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data analysis for budget planning, space utilization, and asset performance.
