**Overview:**

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for contractor inductions to site, including assessing hazards and risks associated with contractor work and issuing appropriate permits-to-work.
  2. Supporting the maintenance team in planning and performing tasks such as confined space entry.
  3. Providing input and assistance with executing capital projects.
  4. Ensuring all GMP, corporate and legislative compliance requirements are met.
  5. Working closely with customers to organise own daily tasks and support production schedules.

Requirements:

  • Experience with GMP/GLP or ISO 9000 in a production environment would be advantageous.
  • Must have working knowledge of New Zealand safety standards, requirements and legislation.
  • Should have experience working with Contractors and or Contracting environment (industrial preferred).
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Report and investigation writing skills
