Job Description
This is a key role within the People and Communications team, focusing on the delivery of exceptional payroll and HRIS support to employees. The Senior Payroll/Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator will provide expert-level guidance and support on various payroll-related matters. As a key member of the Payroll team, this individual will ensure that all payroll processes are executed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice on payroll-related matters to employees and management
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve payroll issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to payroll and HRIS systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decisions

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Over 4 years of experience in payroll and/or HRIS functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
