Experienced Payroll Professional

This is a key role within the People and Communications team, focusing on the delivery of exceptional payroll and HRIS support to employees. The Senior Payroll/Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator will provide expert-level guidance and support on various payroll-related matters. As a key member of the Payroll team, this individual will ensure that all payroll processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on payroll-related matters to employees and management
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve payroll issues and improve overall service delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to payroll and HRIS systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decisions
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Over 4 years of experience in payroll and/or HRIS functions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
