Critical Responsibilities
  • Lead and enhance Zespri's Best Practice global optimisation and market allocation within IBP systems, driving continuous improvement with an emphasis on standardization and simplification.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration at a senior leadership level with Territory Presidents, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations, and Commercial Finance to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
  • Provide input, prioritisation guidance, and support decision making to solve significant issues related to supply constraints, market issues, and potential MAP changes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in IBP, operations, finance or management
  • Relevant senior experience across commercial finance, IBP, supply chain or operations functions
  • Expertise in IBP and broader operational intersections and processes, to identify continuous improvement opportunities in our current processes and practices
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to execute against strategy
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills
