About the Role

We seek a Programme Coordinator preferably with a health background or knowledge and academic research coordination to join our team for a 1 year fixed term full time.

The role provides an opportunity to build and maintain relationships with project teams and site partners globally.

You will need to be flexible with your availability for occasional early morning and evening meetings held globally.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in meeting coordination, scheduling, agenda generation, technical hosting, recording, archiving, distribution of meeting outputs/minutes/transcripts.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to work within a complex environment, to identify key tasks/issues and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings globally across multiple time zones.
  • Produce meeting agendas in collaboration with chairs and members of the GCC.
  • Develop meeting notes/minutes for relevant meetings supported by AI tools.
  • Derive agreed meeting actions, assign, track and follow up progress.

The key responsibilities also include:

  • Support proposal development, project planning and execution.
  • Plan and coordinate workshops and events within budget.
  • Provide team/collaborator-centric service and support.
