  2. Scheduling onsite clinics using our Vitality Experience booking platform.
  3. Monitoring employee uptake and promoting clinics as needed.
  4. Managing vaccine storage, distribution, and cold chain logistics.
  5. Reviewing and approving timesheets and invoices from vaccinators and first aiders.
  6. Providing support with client invoicing and data entry tasks.
  7. Managing equipment, consumables, and vaccine inventory.
  8. Troubleshooting enquiries and managing the flu vaccination inbox.
  9. Coordinating voucher and reimbursement processes with pharmacies and medical centres.
  10. Maintaining stakeholder relationships and resolving conflicts.
  11. Leading a healthy and safe work environment, promoting ethical behaviour.
  12. Ensuring process consistency and responsiveness to customer and government requirements.
  13. Adequately resourcing services to meet client needs.
