Quality Performance Manager Role

Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the quality performance of Hamilton site, driving year-on-year improvements in quality of SEE products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Implement zero-defect manufacturing methods and lead improvement projects using industry best practices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and track quality metrics to monitor performance and direct quality improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and organizational goals are achieved.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Partner with customers and suppliers to deliver high-quality products and services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing/operations leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing quality management systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Intermediate-advanced computer literacy in MS Office tools.
