We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at H and T farm ltd. as a Kiwifruit Helper.

Job Overview

H and T farm ltd. is a leading agricultural enterprise dedicated to producing high-quality kiwifruit. Our team works tirelessly to ensure the success of our operations, and we are now looking for someone to support us in this endeavour.

As a Kiwifruit Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced crew members with various tasks related to kiwifruit harvesting and production. This may include operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and performing manual labour.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good understanding of health and safety principles with a proactive attitude towards ensuring a safe working environment
  • Experience in spraying crops is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to work flexible hours where required around spraying, dispatch, and understory maintenance
  • Grow safe certificate advantageous
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain a range of powered and non-powered machinery and tools
  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Ability to implement and communicate job sheets
