About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capability of our frontline teams at ACC as an experienced Leader.

You will lead a team of Practice Mentors and collaborate with various functions across Service Delivery to ensure our teams receive support and opportunities to learn and grow their capability.

Your responsibilities will include leading the team, motivating, guiding and coaching our Practice Mentors in delivering capability uplift interventions.

You will partner with the business to scope, develop, and oversee learning initiatives, providing strategic advice for capability uplift and fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a learning or capability development environment
  • Experience collaborating and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver a service or product
  • Experience leading through others to deliver a service or support
  • Experience coaching people to achieve results, adapting your approach to suit individual needs and styles
