About the Role

Synapxe is a leading provider of test engineering services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Specialist - Test Management to join our team. As a test lead/test manager/senior test specialist, you will be responsible for driving and leading a team of senior test engineers to develop customized solutions for stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with our Automation and Performance Engineering units to look for and expand automated and performance testing footprint.

The successful candidate will have a powerful sense of responsibility and urgency, resourceful, good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. They should be able to multi-task, prioritize, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with facilitation and people management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate functional and non-functional requirements for testability, test cases, and use cases.
  • Experience in designing, creating, and maintaining automated test frameworks for front and back-end systems/applications.
