Business Operations Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to provide exceptional business support and customer service to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including data entry, asset management, and subcontractor maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, building strong relationships.
• Data Entry: Accurately record project and job-related information in multiple databases, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Asset Management: Oversee and update the asset management system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
• Subcontractors: Maintain subcontractor databases, prioritize, and allocate workloads effectively.
• Monthly Reports: Analyze data and prepare monthly reports for management and customers, meeting deadlines.
Requirements
We require a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar industry. Essential attributes include:
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Experience in financial management and proficiency in tasks such as purchase orders, invoicing, and monthly billing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry skills.
• Valid full NZ driver's license.
