We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Imaging Technologist to join our team in Palmerston North Hospital. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, conducting patient examinations to a high standard and maintaining accurate patient data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting all patient examinations to a high standard
  • Maintaining accurate patient data and ensuring administrative processes are complete
  • Practicing procedures in an ethical and professional manner, ensuring health and safety regulations are met
  • Providing supervision for MIT students as required

Requirements:

  • NZ registration and a current annual practicing certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, team effectiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent time management skills, including initiative and flexibility
  • IV-line insertion would be considered an asset
