Clinical Expert - Mental Health Care

Ward 36, an acute admission unit within the Henry Rongomau Bennett Centre, is seeking a skilled Maaori Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team.

This role will provide opportunities to work in a state-of-the-art facility, delivering culturally led and clinically underpinned mental health care.

You will be part of leading this change alongside a great multi-disciplinary team, including our taangata whaiora and whaanau.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will identify as Maaori, hold a current New Zealand nursing registration and practising certificate with scope to work in mental health, and possess 3-4 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

You will also have a good understanding of Te Ao Maaori and your own identity and whakapapa connections.
