About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Road Maintenance Foreperson to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that road maintenance works are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Road Maintenance Labourers
* Ensure that road maintenance works are completed to a high standard
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
* Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents

Requirements
* Previous experience in road maintenance
* Full Class 1 & 2 Driver's license required
* WTR (Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers) endorsement
* TC Basic Certificate and First Aid desirable
* Ability to work on an on-call roster
* Reliable, honest, and a good team player
