Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer Graduate to join our Auckland Roads & Highways team. As a key member of our team, you will work on various projects across New Zealand, gaining exposure to complex transport projects from feasibility studies to detailed design and construction services.

Your Impact

  • You will work alongside senior engineers on high-profile projects, including SH22 and North West Rapid Transit.
  • You will gain hands-on experience in road, rail, and civil design work, as well as digital engineering and coordination of civil designs within disciplines and across projects.
  • You will develop strong skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, working with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Civil Engineering by January 2026.
  • The right to work in New Zealand.
  • Strong curiosity, collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills.
