About the Role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who will report to our Food & Beverage Manager. This key position requires a strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm, and a flexible approach. The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous management-level F&B experience in a fine dining environment
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience
  • A relevant Hospitality Management qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree)
  • A commitment to high-quality restaurant service delivery
  • Proven experience driving a team and fostering teamwork
  • Administrative management experience and sound financial acumen
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Experience training staff in fine dining
  • A high degree of professionalism and a winning personality

Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring all Restaurant operations run efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily operation and delivering the best guest experience
  • Leading and mentoring the Restaurant team and cultivating a collaborative culture based on mutual respect and trust
  • Reviewing, implementing, and maintaining operational standards, ensuring efficient delivery
  • Financial management, including budgeting, ordering, and stock take with accuracy and efficiency
