Job Summary

Cleo is a rapidly growing fintech company that is changing the way people interact with money. We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team as Principal Product Designer.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our design efforts and driving the creation of exceptional user experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize design opportunities that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain exceptional design standards across the organization
  • Lead design initiatives that transform our product experience and drive customer engagement
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design opportunities that drive business impact

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering impactful designs
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
