Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of creditors, performing intercompany reconciliations and payments, and compiling payment runs. If you are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and experience working within Microsoft, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments to creditors
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks and special projects
Requirements
- A degree in accounting or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
