About the Role: Strategic Pay Limited is seeking a skilled Remuneration Consultant to lead our Northern team of remuneration consultants. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams responsible for service delivery and advising at an executive level. They will also have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and interpret client needs.

Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include leading the Northern Consulting team, collaborating with Central and Southern Consulting managers to deliver remuneration solutions, and overseeing the team's success in achieving high levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will also play a key role in building Strategic Pay's reputation and business, both in the region and nationally.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the candidate will ideally have worked as a people manager in a professional services environment, led teams responsible for service delivery, and advised at an executive and CEO level. They will also have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and interpret client needs. Additionally, they will have proven experience with remuneration and benefits systems, policies and procedures in all aspects of Total Rewards.
